One important detail: transit time begins when your order leaves production. Busy periods, public holidays and remote delivery areas can add time. If you are ordering for a specific date, please leave a little extra margin.
Holidays: we keep accepting orders during production holidays (Lunar New Year, Chinese National Day); they are processed on the next working days after the break, in the order received (order processing times).

Discreet packaging and help

Your order is prepared in discreet outer packaging. Once tracking is available, you can use it to follow your shipment. If you need help before or after purchase, contact the Sakume team.
