How your order is processed
These checks take place before production and delivery.
Order received
Once payment is complete, your order is registered in the Sakume Singapore system.
Order details checked
We check the product, size, fabric, delivery address and other details needed for production.
Sent to production
After the checks are complete, your order moves to the production queue.
Order processing time is not the same as production or delivery time. Manufacturing and shipping are calculated separately.

Production holiday periods
Orders placed before 17:00 Singapore time (UTC+8, the same as Beijing time) on the day before a closure are still processed before the break. You can keep ordering during a closure: orders are accepted as usual and processed on the next working days after we reopen, as quickly as possible, and we email you the tracking number as soon as your parcel ships. Customer service stays available for questions before and after purchase.
Chinese New Year
Closed from six days before Lunar New Year until the 7th day of the first lunar month; processing resumes on the 8th day. In 2027: closed 31 January – 12 February, back on 13 February.
Chinese National Day
Closed 1–6 October every year; processing resumes on 7 October.

Does processing time include production and delivery?
No. Order checking, manufacturing and delivery are separate stages. This page shows the order-checking schedule.
What happens if I order after a processing window begins?
If your order cannot be included in the current window, it will be checked on the next available processing date.
Are the times shown in Singapore time?
Yes. All dates and times use Asia/Singapore and are shown in Singapore time (UTC+8).
Can I order during a production holiday?
Yes. The shop remains open: orders are accepted as usual and processed as quickly as possible on the next working days after production resumes. You receive the tracking number by email once your parcel ships.
