Currency
Prices are shown in SGD; you can switch to USD, CNY with the currency selector. The final amount and currency are confirmed at checkout. Your bank or card issuer may charge a conversion fee.
Security
You enter your payment details directly with the payment provider over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your full card or account details.
When is my payment taken?
Payment is taken when you place the order. You receive a confirmation email straight away; orders are then checked on the next processing day (see schedule).
Payment problems
- Payment declined: check your details or try another method; your bank may also have blocked the transaction for security reasons.
- Charged but no confirmation email: check your spam folder, then contact us with the email address used and a screenshot of the payment – please do not pay twice.
- Refunds are paid back to the original payment method.
