Q.What can I ask to change?
We can check requests concerning the size, fabric, item or delivery address while the order has not entered production or dispatch. Please include your order number and the exact change needed.

Q.Can every request be accepted?
No. Once production has started, some changes may no longer be possible. An order cannot be cancelled or modified after it has been dispatched.
Q.Why might items arrive separately?
Products made at different facilities may be sent in separate parcels. Each available tracking number will be shared after dispatch.
